Climate Adaptation and Preparedness
CLI’s Climate Adaptation and Preparedness project conducts research and provides technical assistance to identify and evaluate effective methods and tools to encourage and support integrated, multi-dimensional climate preparedness and adaptation programs and policies.
Climate Education/Climate Masters
This project identifies, evaluates, and creates methods and tools to increase personal knowledge and understanding of climate change. Through endeavors such as the suite of award winning Climate Master programs, the project seeks to turn increased insight into behavioral changes that foster greenhouse gas reductions and climate preparedness/ adaptation activities.
Community Energy
The CLI Community Energy project helps citizen groups and local governments identify and implement community-based sustainable energy systems. Through education, training, and tools development the Community Energy project helps local partners capture all possible sources of energy conservation and efficiency and maximize locally appropriate renewable sources of energy such as community solar and wind.
Climate Economics
The CLI Climate Economics project offers policymakers and private sector leaders credible analysis and useful tools to understand the economic costs and benefits of the consequences and solutions to global warming.
